HOUSEKEEPING – RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet standards and schedules

  • Greet guests warmly and deliver high levels of customer service while handling complaints and requests professionally

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance

  • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards

  • Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to 35 years old

  • Enrolled students (vocational, college, university, online courses) of any major

  • Recent graduates within 2 years of any major

  • Reference letter from school, college, or university
