Responsibilites

• Greeting guests: Welcoming guests and making a good first impression

• Check-in and check-out: Assisting guests with check-in and check-out, including giving them room keys

• Managing reservations: Taking bookings by phone, email, or in person, and confirming them in writing

• Room assignments: Assigning rooms to guests and making adjustments as needed

• Handling payments: Processing payments, handling cash, and preparing bills

• Providing information: Answering questions about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation

• Resolving issues: Addressing guest concerns and complaints, and following up with guests after issues are resolved

• Concierge services: Booking theater tickets, arranging travel, and providing information about local amenities and

attractions

• Administrative tasks: Filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records

• Maintaining the front desk: Keeping the front desk area tidy and organized
