Konsultan Visa — Great Eastern Purveyors has officially announced its highly anticipated Culinary Internship and Trainee Program, set to take place at the breathtaking Massanutten Resort in Virginia’s scenic Shenandoah Valley. This program promises aspiring culinary professionals an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the East Coast’s premier all-season destinations.

Spanning 6,000 acres, Massanutten Resort is renowned for its world-class amenities, including an award-winning indoor/outdoor waterpark, fine dining at 12 on-site restaurants, challenging escape rooms, mountain biking, zip-lining, two 18-hole golf courses, and seasonal activities such as skiing and snow tubing.

Culinary Excellence in Action

Participants in the program will rotate through structured, progressive training modules within the resort’s culinary department. They will master essential kitchen skills—ranging from knife work and food prep to sanitation, food safety, and time management. The immersive experience will also include back-of-house operations, inventory tasks, and cooking under varying environmental conditions.

Interns and trainees will receive compensation of $13.00 and $14.00 per hour respectively, working a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Comprehensive Support: Housing and Transportation

To ensure a smooth transition, host-provided housing is arranged in condo-style accommodations at a weekly cost of $120 per person. Participants must agree to housing terms for the duration of their stay and will be responsible for upfront costs such as deposits and setup fees. Transportation to and from the worksite is covered by the host organization, with options ranging from shuttle service to rideshare access.

A Cultural and Historical Hub

Nestled between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains, Massanutten and nearby McGaheysville offer a mix of adventure and history. Local attractions include Shenandoah National Park, the Shenandoah River, and easy access to cultural landmarks like Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and George Washington’s Mount Vernon.

Global Opportunities Await

Facilitated by Global Educational Concepts (GEC), this program offers more than just training—it’s a gateway to professional development in an international setting. Participants are encouraged to review their placement details and budget carefully, ensuring they are prepared for the financial and logistical aspects of the program.
